Early Bird tickets for Vicar’s Picnic 2018 go on sale first thing, Friday 1st December.  The number of early bird tickets are strictly limited (sad face) so this phase will end once they have all sold.  New for 2018, a backstage premier ticket that also provides access to a restricted area which include’s our legendary Artists Bar with ‘posh’ drinks  and even ‘posher’ loos plus seating alongside other treats and surprises.  We have also introduced a car parking ticket, which will need to be purchased for a small donation to our nominated charities. This has been introduced both to control vehicle access to the site and to raise additional funds for our lovely charities.

Upping our game year on year, putting experience before profit while bringing the best in new breaking artists alongside established bands. All in a family friendly environment on the banks of the river Medway. We are fiercely proud of bringing the best growing event to Kent organised by the people of Kent.

Brief History

Some years ago, a group of friends missed out on tickets to the Glastonbury Festival. Commiserating over a few pints, then a few pints more, they decided to host their own festival and The Vicar’s Picnic was born. Named because of its original location on Vicarage Road, a back of the beer mat sketch anticipated a one-off garden party that would showcase great music as well as raising money for local causes. So, completely by accident, our brilliant festival was born.

Dandelion Time provides troubled families with an individually focused therapeutic undertaking. Given time and space in the natural environment and support from therapeutic practitioners, families work together to find ways to restore trust, gain strength and make positive and sustainable changes in their lives.
