Early Bird Tickets Now Sold Out In Record Time!
Phase 2 tickets have now gone on sale as the Early Bird allocation sold out in record time. We are being as flexible as possible with the types of tickets to meet everyone’s needs and these are:
Backstage Premium Ticket
Valid for adult weekend entry entry to the festival and to the restricted premium area within the festival arena, which will include the artists bar serving premium drinks, a covered seating area and “posh” toilets. Youths and children will be allowed into this area only if accompanied by an adult with this ticket
Adult – Weekend entry for adults to the festival Youth – Weekend entry for youths aged 13-17 to the festival Child – Weekend entry for children aged 5-12 to the festival Infant – Weekend entry for infants aged 0-4 to the festival. These are FREE but an entry ticket is still required.
Car Park Tickets
Car park “A” – Cark park access for campers purchased with donation to the charity
Car park “B” – Cark park access for day visitors purchased with donation to the charity
All disabled visitors attending the Vicar’s Picnic on a paid adult ticket are entitled to bring one carer free of charge. Please email Maddy, who is the Access Officer for the festival, and she will be happy to answer any questions that you have to enable you to fully enjoy the festival. To apply for a carer ticket please email Maddy with the order reference number and proof of the disability living allowance (DLA) or independence payment (PIP). Once agreed a free carer’s ticket will be added to your order.
Live-in Vehicles, Camping Tickets and Glamping
Live-in Vehicle – Vehicles up to 7.5m. Each person also needs a weekend festival entry ticket. For vehicles over 7.5m please send an enquiry through the contact page. Camping – Each person camping needs a camping ticket except infants (0-4 years). Each person camping also needs a valid weekend festival entry ticket. Glamping – these tents are provided by WoW tents so you need to book directly with them. You do not need a separate camping ticket if you are booking a glamping tent.
